CAN WE RETURN PRODUCTS?

As all products are unique and unreplicable, you are unable to return products. When being delivered/handed off, the products will be wrapped securely to ensure that it will not be damaged.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept in-person payments and bank account transfers, with PayPal to come soon.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are only selling (and shipping) to buyers in Japan with a flat-rate shipping fee (¥360). After the order is placed, the order will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.

HOW DO IN-PERSON HAND-OFFS WORK?

After placing the order, arrange pick-up site by either Facebook Messenger or email (see Contact page). Meeting places include Yokohama Sta., Sakuragicho Sta., Ishikawacho Sta., Yamate Sta., the Honmoku area, or the Motomachi Chukagai area.

HOW SHOULD I HANDLE THE PRODUCT?

As the products are made of glass, they must be handled carefully. Too much applied pressure may cause it to crack or break.

WHAT GLASS MATERIALS ARE USED?

I use alkalisilicate glass (lead free), crystal glass (used mainly for dark pinks and KIN-AKA red from colloidal gold), and soda glass (used mainly for clear red) - all are manufactured by Kinari Glass in Japan. I also use silver leaf and dichroic glass for some of the designs.

HOW LONG IS THE PAYMENT INTERVAL?

If we cannot confirm your payment within 7 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and the product returned to the website.
